Yes. You may select white glove, Delivery Assist Services (DAS) in the checkout process for your order. This includes one of our medical cart experts being on-site within 72H of delivery to uncrate, perform 10-point inspection, any accessory assembly required, on-site waste disposal, department delivery, and staff training (2-4 hours per order) as desired. This does not include IT integration of hardware components for mobile computing carts and similar. The DAS fee is $125/cart and will be added to your pre-pay invoice. *Available to Continental US only

All MCS purchase orders (PO's) must be made out to "American River Medical." American River Medical is trusted and sought after diversified supplier for hundreds of hospital systems. If we are NOT in your system we will readily provide a w9 for updating your vendor records.

Most manufacturers will honor standard warranties but warranties are not implied or guaranteed for MCS client orders. Carts are guaranteed to be brand new, unused, out of the box condition upon delivery. MCS offers no warranties on any products and the client must seek the manufacturer or other for any future warranty, parts, or service needs or obligations.

All MCS carts clients must take delivery of complete order within 3-6 weeks of approved and accepted purchase date of MCS.

The carts remain in the respective manufacturers' overstock. They may choose to place them in the queue for future upcoming monthly offerings or sell through their other traditional sales and distribution channels.

Yes, MCS will stage cart deliveries into phases or store for MCS hospital clients up to 18 months @ $40/mo./cart/pallet with a minimum storage quantity of 12 carts. Freight will be duplicated to reflect prepay and add at time of order shipment as well as additional freight upon single or phased delivery, paid by MCS hospital client.
